Golf 360 — Terms of Use

Version 1 — Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

  • the website at golf-360.co.uk (the "Website"), and
  • the Golf 360 application at app.golf-360.co.uk, including any associated mobile or installable (PWA) version (the "App"),

(together, the "Service"), provided by Golf 360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13264363, whose registered office is at Unit 27 Caxton House Northampton Science Park, Kings Park Road, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England, NN3 6LG ("Golf 360", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Website or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Golf 360 provides a golf live-scoring and club-distribution platform, including (among other current and future features):

  • live scoring and leaderboards during a round of golf;
  • guest play, allowing a player to join a scored round without creating an account;
  • event codes, allowing clubs and event organisers to set up scored competitions and outings for members, visitors and guests;
  • stats and round history for registered users.

Some features are described on the Website or in the App as "Coming soon" (for example, Marketplace and Loyalty & Rewards). Features marked as coming soon are not yet live, and their eventual availability, timing, and final functionality are not guaranteed.

Golf 360 is not an official handicap or governing-body scoring system. Scores, leaderboards and statistics generated through the Service are for social, club and competition-management purposes only, unless and until Golf 360 is expressly approved as an Introduced Software Vendor (or equivalent) by the relevant golf governing body (for example, England Golf under the WHS™ system) for a specific competition or purpose. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for an official handicap or governing-body-approved scoring system unless we have told you in writing that a specific feature has that status.

2. Who can use the Service

  • You must be capable of forming a binding contract to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only create an account with the involvement or consent of a parent or guardian, and clubs distributing the Service to junior members should ensure appropriate parental/guardian awareness.
  • Guest play does not require an account and may be used by a player of any age taking part in a scored round set up by another user, club, or event organiser, subject to the club's or event organiser's own policies on junior participation.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with any rules of your golf club, competition organiser, or the game of golf itself; Golf 360 is not responsible for enforcing club or competition rules.

3. Accounts

  • Registered accounts are authenticated by a one-time passcode sent to the email address you provide (no password is stored by us for this purpose).
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account email address up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to receive your one-time passcode, and for all activity that occurs under your account as a result of that access.
  • One account is intended per individual. Do not create or use an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge, except where you are an authorised administrator acting for a club or event (for example, setting up an event code).

4. Guest play

  • Guest play allows a player to join a live-scored round by providing a name, without creating a full account.
  • Data entered for guest play (including the name provided and the scores recorded) is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Because no account is created, we may not be able to verify the identity of a guest player, and we are not responsible for a guest entering inaccurate information about themselves.

5. Clubs and event organisers

  • A golf club or event organiser using event codes or club-level features to distribute the Service to members, visitors, or guests is responsible for the accuracy of information it provides about its event/competition, and for its own communications with its members, visitors and guests about their participation.
  • Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Golf 360 and any club or event organiser, unless set out in a separate written agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts or data, or the systems or networks underlying the Service;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, including introducing malware, or attempting to bypass any security or bot-protection measure (including the Cloudflare Turnstile check used on our contact form);
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent scores, results, or other data with intent to deceive another user, club, or competition;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, club, or organisation;
  • scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without our prior written consent;
  • use the contact form or any communication feature of the Service to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

7. Fees

The Service is currently provided to golfers and golf clubs free of charge. We may, in the future, introduce charges for specific features (for example, aspects of Marketplace or premium functionality). Where we do, we will give reasonable notice before any charge applies to a feature you are already using, and separate terms specific to that paid feature may apply.

8. Intellectual property

  • The Golf 360 name, logo, and branding, and the Website, App, and their content (excluding content you submit), are owned by or licensed to Golf 360 and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and App for their intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law permits it.

9. Content you submit

If you submit content to us (for example, a message through our contact form, or a name entered for guest play), you confirm that you have the right to submit it, and you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted (for example, responding to your enquiry, or displaying a live leaderboard to other participants in the same round).

10. Third-party services and links

The Service may use or link to third-party services (for example, Cloudflare for security and bot protection, or email delivery providers). Your use of any third-party service linked from the Service is subject to that third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

  • We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
  • We may add, change, or remove features of the Service (including features currently marked "Coming soon") at any time.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, including scores, leaderboards, and statistics.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law.
  • Subject to the paragraph above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Golf 360 against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service, and may request deletion of your account and associated data, at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how to do this). We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, or where necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
